Cancel. Don't subscribe.
After two years of not realizing that I was being billed $60/year, I attempted to cancel. Their login does not work, and the AI bots are utterly useless. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, and hopefully, that will end the nightmare.

Preferred solution: I want my account cancelled and not charged for any renewal. A refund for the past two years, since I never used their service, would be appreciated as well.

I have a family subscription with 1 Password. I purchased a new iPhone 16 & could not access 1p without a dropdown overriding my access to 1PW.
In the chat with 1PW I was told to download the new 1PW 8 to override the dropdown. I did and now 1PW is not allowing me to trader my account. I repeatedly emailed 1PW pleading with them to have a rep.
to calm for the past 4 wks. No response other then that 1PW received my request someone will reach out to me with a case No.4 wks daily emails & no call.

The computer tech was to call me back and has not. I have been charged 50$ for their service but have gotten none. I will have to stop payment for this reason

I’m 77 and I had a lot of trouble implementing their instructions. I absolutely could not understand their website for instructions. I wanted a live conversation to help me set up and get started but they just refuse to do that.
I'm 77 and I don't like to chat. I like to speak to an individual.
Unfortunately, this company does not allow a person to speak to a qualified individual that could help them. As for now, I will not be signing with this company.

Can’t get help needed
- - Unable to attach password suggestions and locked out.

I have been trying my best to use 1Password as a way to keep track of my many passwords. I got the system loaded and while loading my places to use passwords I cant get the password suggested to even attach to where it is supposed to work.
I have been locked out 3 times and now I cant get back in. I have been trying for the past week

O the point I just want to throw a brand new lap top into the trash. To get any help on the phone is impossible, to get on a chat box I dont understand half of what they are saying to use the computer automation system is time consuming and a waste of time. Im handi caped and I have done all I can do.
I had a presentation to present to my cities board of commissioners yesterday and I was not able to make my presentation because I was locked out of my system by 1Password. I have tried and Im tired of wasting my time trying to do something that should not be this difficult to do.
I doubt anyone from 1Password would even understand or even offer to help. Im going to find another program or just stop all together.
